Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
If cancelled within 21 days of arrival, the full balance is non-refundable.
If we are able to re-let the dates, we will refund the amount recovered, less any price
difference and reasonable administration costs.
For added reassurance, bookings cancelled within 48 hours of being made are fully
refundable, provided arrival is at least 21 days away.
Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in the full booking amount being retained.
We are happy to move your booking to alternative dates if requested more than
21 days before arrival, subject to availability.
Within 21 days of arrival, date changes may not be possible unless we are able to
re-let the original dates.
If you booked through a third-party platform, your cancellation will be subject to that
platform’s cancellation policy and terms.
We strongly recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen
circumstances such as illness, weather disruption, or personal emergencies.
We understand genuine emergencies happen. While we cannot guarantee refunds outside of the
policy above, we will always approach individual cases with fairness and understanding where possible.
If we ever need to cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances (extremely rare), you will receive
a full refund or the option to move your stay to alternative dates.
