Your hosts, Chris and Phoebe, along with their two young children and Springer Spaniel, Bow, welcome you to Shellgrove Rural Retreats.

Chris brings a background in bespoke fitted furniture and domestic renovation design while Phoebe worked as a PA for high net worth individuals. Together they bring a wealth of understanding of guest experience, organisation and hospitalityÂ
Inspired by the indoor-outdoor living of Mediterranean escapes, combined with the calm simplicity of Scandinavian living, Shellgrove Retreats are designed to feel both refined and relaxed.
Whether it’s a slow coffee overlooking the fields, an evening in the hot tub as the sun sets, cooking together with the doors open in summer, or sitting around the firepit long after dark. We wanted Shellgrove to encourage the kind of moments that everyday life often rushes past.
We want Shellgrove to feel like a place where you can properly relax. A place where mornings can start slowly, coffee can be enjoyed with a view and evenings can end in the hot tub.
